Amazon Slots review: our verdict

Our Amazon Slots review verdict: Amazon Slots is one of the best-known brands on the Jumpman Gaming platform, which powers well over a hundred UK sites. Its welcome offer is a spin of the Mega Reel, a prize wheel whose top prize is 500 free spins on Starburst, for a £10 first deposit. The prize is not guaranteed, bonus winnings carry 10× wagering, and what you can convert to cash is capped at your lifetime deposits, up to £250. The terms are long, so read them carefully.

This is a provisional review, based on the UK register, the published terms and public reporting. We will replace the score after our own test.

Amazon Slots score breakdown

This is a provisional score, based on public information about the licence, offers, payments, games and apps. It will be replaced by a full score after our hands-on test. Weights and criteria are explained on how we score casinos.

Amazon Slots Mega Reel offer

The Amazon Slots welcome offer is currently Mega Reel: up to 500 Free Spins. Make a first deposit of £10 or more and you get one spin of the Mega Reel. Prizes vary, with 500 free spins on Starburst as the top prize. If you win 500 spins, 50 are credited automatically and the other 450 are claimed by email. Bonus winnings carry 10× wagering, and the most you can convert from bonus to cash equals your lifetime deposits, up to £250. No code is needed.

Deposits made through quick deposit or from inside a game may not trigger the offer; if that happens, contact support. Other pages describe 150 no deposit spins or a match bonus; those do not match the current terms.

Is Amazon Slots legit?

Yes, Amazon Slots is legit. It is licensed by the UK Gambling Commission to Jumpman Gaming Limited, account 39175, and also holds an Alderney licence. The UK licence requires the site to verify every player, test its games, offer deposit limits and time-outs, and take part in GamStop. Complaints not resolved within eight weeks can go to the dispute service named in the terms.

In May 2022 Jumpman Gaming agreed to pay £500,000 in lieu of a financial penalty over social responsibility and anti-money laundering failings, including weak customer interaction and controls on multiple accounts. The amount is below the level at which our scoring rule lowers the licence score, but it is worth knowing.

Who runs Amazon Slots?

Amazon Slots is run by Jumpman Gaming Limited, a platform company that runs its own brands and many white labels for partners. Despite the name, the site has nothing to do with Amazon the retailer; prizes in some Jumpman promotions are Amazon vouchers, which adds to the confusion.

Amazon Slots sister sites

Jumpman Gaming runs 142 other brands on the same licence, including 123 Spins, 24 Spin, Aladdin Slots, Amigo Slots and Barbados Bingo. Many use the same Mega Reel offer and cashier. A self-exclusion with Jumpman covers every brand on the licence, and an account at a sister site may affect your eligibility. The full list is on our Jumpman Gaming sister sites page.

How the Mega Reel works

The Mega Reel is a prize wheel you spin once after your first deposit. Each segment holds a prize, from a handful of spins up to 500. The odds of each prize are set by the operator and are not the same for every segment. Treat 500 spins as the top prize, not the expected one. Whatever you win comes with the terms above, including the conversion cap.

Amazon Slots games

Amazon Slots has slots from the large UK studios, including Starburst, plus jackpots, scratchcards and table games. UK slot rules apply: a £5 maximum stake per spin, or £2 for players aged 18 to 24, and no autoplay or bonus buy.

Amazon Slots withdrawal time and payments

We have not verified the Amazon Slots withdrawal time ourselves yet. The total time depends on the approval step and on your payment method. Payment methods we have confirmed are Visa Debit and Mastercard Debit; the cashier may list more. Your account must be verified before your first withdrawal, and bonus winnings must complete their wagering first.

Amazon Slots app

We could not confirm a native Amazon Slots app in the UK app stores. The site works in your phone's browser.

What the Mega Reel is worth

The value depends on the wheel. If you land 20 spins at 10p, that is £2 in stakes and about £1.90 back on average, then 10× wagering on top. The top prize of 500 spins is £50 in stakes. The conversion cap means that even a big win from the spins cannot pay out more than you have deposited, up to £250. For most players the offer is worth a few pounds.

The lifetime deposit cap

The conversion cap is the term to understand. If you have deposited £10 in total, the most you can turn from bonus winnings into cash is £10, however much the spins win. Depositing more raises the cap, but never deposit more just to free up bonus winnings.

Amazon Slots terms worth reading

Before you deposit, read the Mega Reel prize table, the 10× wagering, the conversion cap, the email step for large prizes and the deposit methods that trigger the offer.

Opening an Amazon Slots account

Registration asks for your personal details and runs an automatic identity check. If more is needed, you will be asked for photo ID and proof of address.

Amazon Slots customer support

Support is available through live chat and email. Contact support if a qualifying deposit did not trigger your Mega Reel spin.

Who Amazon Slots suits

Amazon Slots suits players who enjoy the gamble of a prize wheel and read terms closely. Players who want a guaranteed number of wager-free spins should look elsewhere.
