Is Lotto Zone legit?
Yes, Lotto Zone is legit. It is licensed by the UK Gambling Commission to ProgressPlay Limited, account 39335, which you can check on the public register. The licence requires Lotto Zone to verify every player, offer deposit limits and time-outs, and take part in GamStop. In August 2025 the Gambling Commission fined ProgressPlay £1 million for anti-money laundering and social responsibility failures between 2021 and 2024, issued a formal warning, attached conditions to its licence and required a third-party audit. It was the company's second enforcement case, after a £175,718 settlement in 2022. Our licence score reflects the 2025 fine.
Who owns Lotto Zone?
Lotto Zone is one of ProgressPlay's own brands and runs under ProgressPlay Limited, the Malta-based company that holds the UK licence for more than a hundred sites on its platform.
Lotto Zone sister sites
Lotto Zone sister sites on the same licence include 21BetsCasino, 21LuckyBet, 777Bet, 777Tigers and AcedBet. Our Casino Kings, Winissimo and JeffBet reviews cover three of them. A self-exclusion with the operator covers every brand on the licence. The full list is on our ProgressPlay sister sites page.
Lotto Zone games
Lotto Zone runs on the ProgressPlay platform, shared by more than a hundred UK sites, so the games, cashier and bonus rules are largely the same across the network. UK slot rules apply: a £5 maximum stake per spin, or £2 for players aged 18 to 24, and no autoplay or bonus buy.
Lotto Zone withdrawals
We could not confirm Lotto Zone withdrawal times or payment methods from a reliable source. As at every UK licensed site, your identity must be verified before your first withdrawal, so upload documents early. Reviews of other ProgressPlay sites describe processing within one business day and a 1% withdrawal fee capped at £3.
Lotto Zone app
We could not find a Lotto Zone app in the UK app stores. The site works in your phone's browser.
Lotto Zone welcome offer and promo code
Lotto Zone promo code. No promo code is needed for the welcome offer.
Lotto Zone no deposit bonus. We found no current Lotto Zone no deposit bonus from a reliable source.
Safer gambling at Lotto Zone
Lotto Zone offers deposit limits, reality checks, time-outs and self-exclusion. For a block on every UK site, use GamStop. The National Gambling Helpline on 0808 8020 133 is free and confidential.
How to join Lotto Zone and claim the offer
- Register with the name, date of birth and address on your ID. Lotto Zone is licensed in Great Britain, so it must check your age and identity before you can play.
- Opt in to the welcome offer when you register or make your first deposit. No promo code is needed.
- Deposit at least £10 with a payment method the offer accepts. The terms list any methods that do not count.
- Play the bonus on the games the terms allow.
- Set a deposit limit in your account settings before you play. It takes a minute and you can lower it at any time.
Lotto Zone welcome offer terms in pounds
The offer carries 2× wagering: every £10 of bonus money needs £20 of bets before it becomes cash.
The terms we have do not give a time limit, so look for it before you opt in. What you can win or convert from the bonus is capped, so read that line of the terms closely. Compared with the market, its 2× sits below the 10× cap that 319 of the 476 offers we track use.
Lotto Zone and the ProgressPlay network
Lotto Zone is one of 106 brands on the licence of ProgressPlay Limited, 88 of which are white labels. Its score of 8.4/10 is above the average of its sister sites, 8.2/10, and puts it #7 of 106 in the group. The highest rated sister site is Panda Bingo at 8.6/10.
We have confirmed offers at 61 of its 105 sister sites. Because the cashier and account rules are shared, the main reason to pick one sister site over another is the welcome offer and the look of the site. Our ProgressPlay sister sites page lists every brand.
How Lotto Zone ranks in our UK list
Lotto Zone is #229 of the 659 UK licensed sites we review, in the top 35% by score. Its 8.4/10 compares with an average of 8.4/10 across all reviews and 8.3/10 across our short provisional reviews. Its strongest category is licence and safety at 9.5/10 and its weakest is mobile at 7.8/10.
Like every short review on the site, the score is provisional: each category uses a fixed value from public sources until we test the site ourselves. Our scoring page shows the rule for each category.
Who Lotto Zone suits
On the facts we have, Lotto Zone suits players who accept some wagering but want it well below the 10× cap, small budgets (the offer starts at £10) and players who already know and like other ProgressPlay sites. Look elsewhere if you need a specific payment method (we have not confirmed the list), you prefer a native app to a mobile site, the licence holder's regulatory record matters to you or you dislike caps on bonus winnings.
What we checked for this Lotto Zone review
For this review we confirmed the licence holder, ProgressPlay Limited, and its UKGC account on the public register (checked 21 October 2026), the domain lottozone.com listed under that licence, the 106 brands that share the licence, the licence holder's enforcement record and the current welcome offer and its significant terms. Not yet verified: withdrawal times, the payment methods, the size of the game library, whether there is a live casino and whether there is an app. Where the review mentions those, it says so, and we do not fill gaps with guesses.
If you have played at Lotto Zone and something here is out of date, let us know. We check every report before we change the page.
