Spin Genie casino review: our verdict

Our Spin Genie casino review verdict: Spin Genie is a cheerful slot casino with a large library, a bingo section and a welcome offer of 120 free spins on Book of Dead for a £10 first deposit, at the UK's 10× wagering cap on spin winnings. It is easy to use on a phone and needs no promo code. It is also one of dozens of near-identical sites on the SkillOnNet licence, and older reviews still quote terms that are no longer allowed in the UK.

This is a provisional review, based on the UK register, the published terms and public reporting. We will replace the score after our own test.

Spin Genie casino score breakdown

This is a provisional score, based on public information about the licence, offers, payments, games and apps. It will be replaced by a full score after our hands-on test. Weights and criteria are explained on how we score casinos.

Spin Genie free spins

The Spin Genie welcome offer is currently 120 Free Spins on Book of Dead. Make a first deposit of £10 or more, and 120 Spin Genie free spins worth 10p each are credited for Book of Dead. Spin winnings carry 10× wagering, which you have 30 days to complete. While you clear it, the maximum bet is 10% of the spin winnings or £5, whichever is lower.

Older listings describe 108 spins on a Thor slot with 60× wagering, or a large match bonus with 35× wagering. Wagering above 10× has not been allowed in the UK since January 2026, so those versions are out of date. We found no current Spin Genie no deposit bonus, and coupon codes for free play on third-party sites are not part of the official offer.

Is Spin Genie legit?

Yes, Spin Genie is legit. It is licensed by the UK Gambling Commission to Skill On Net Limited, account 39326, which you can check on the public register. The licence requires Spin Genie to verify every player, test its games, offer deposit limits and time-outs, and take part in GamStop. Spin Genie UK also runs a safer gambling section with tools and links to support services. Complaints not resolved within eight weeks can go to the dispute service named in the terms.

In 2023 SkillOnNet agreed a £305,150 regulatory settlement with the Gambling Commission over anti-money laundering and player protection failings between 2021 and 2022. That is below the level at which our scoring rule lowers the licence score.

Who owns Spin Genie?

Spin Genie is run by Skill On Net Limited, better known as SkillOnNet, the Malta-based company that also runs Slots Magic and the online site for Genting Casino. Spin Genie is one of its own brands rather than a white label for a partner.

Spin Genie sister sites

Spin Genie sister sites on the same licence include 44aces, Bacana Play, Casino And Friends, EUcasino and Euro King Club. SkillOnNet runs 46 other brands on this licence, so the lobby, cashier and account tools look much the same across them. A self-exclusion through the operator covers all of them, and an account at a sister site may affect your eligibility for the welcome offer. The full list is on our Skill On Net sister sites page.

Spin Genie online slots and bingo

Spin Genie online slots come from the large UK studios and many smaller ones, with Megaways titles, jackpots and classic games such as Book of Dead. There is also a Spin Genie bingo section, table games and a live casino. UK slot rules apply: a £5 maximum stake per spin, or £2 for players aged 18 to 24, and no autoplay or bonus buy.

Spin Genie minimum deposit

The Spin Genie minimum deposit we list is £10, which is also the qualifying amount for the welcome spins. Payment methods we have confirmed are Visa Debit and Mastercard Debit; the cashier may list more. Check whether any methods are excluded from the welcome offer before you make your first deposit.

Spin Genie withdrawal time

How long does Spin Genie take to withdraw? We have not verified the Spin Genie withdrawal time ourselves yet. The total time depends on the approval step and on your payment method. To withdraw, open the cashier, choose withdraw, pick your method and enter the amount; the request shows as pending until it is approved. Your account must be verified first, and spin winnings must complete their wagering before they can be cashed out.

Spin Genie app and mobile casino

We could not confirm a native Spin Genie app in the UK app stores. The Spin Genie mobile casino runs in your phone's browser with the same lobby, account tools and limits as on desktop, and you can add it to your home screen from the browser menu.

What the free spins are worth

A hundred and twenty spins at 10p are £12 in stakes, which is more than the £10 deposit needed. On a slot returning around 96%, they would pay back about £11.50 on average as bonus funds. Clearing 10× wagering on that means around £115 of play, with an expected cost of about £4.60. That leaves about £7 of expected value. Book of Dead is a high volatility slot, so most spins pay little and the occasional bonus round pays much more.

Spin Genie casino vs similar casinos

Spin Genie is usually compared with other UK slot sites that give spins for a small first deposit. Here is how it compares with three of them.
