The Palaces review: our verdict

Our The Palaces review verdict: The Palaces is a Palatial Leisure casino on a licence shared with a few sister sites. The licence and operator are confirmed on the UK register, but we could not confirm a current welcome offer, payment methods or app from a reliable, recent source.

This is a short provisional review, based on the UK register. We will expand it and replace the score after our own test.

The Palaces score breakdown

This is a provisional score, based on public information about the licence, offers, payments, games and apps. It will be replaced by a full score after our hands-on test. Weights and criteria are explained on how we score casinos.

The Palaces welcome offer

We could not confirm a current The Palaces welcome offer from a reliable source. Offers on Palatial Leisure sites change often, so read the promotions page and its terms before you deposit, including the wagering, expiry and any promo code. Pages listing The Palaces bonus codes are unofficial unless the site shows the same code.

Is The Palaces legit?

Yes, The Palaces is legit. It is licensed by the UK Gambling Commission to Palatial Leisure Limited, account 441, which you can check on the public register. The licence requires The Palaces to verify every player, offer deposit limits and time-outs, and take part in GamStop. We found no UK Gambling Commission enforcement action against this licence holder in the register or in public reporting.

Who owns The Palaces?

The Palaces is run by Palatial Leisure Limited, the Great Yarmouth company behind Bingo Britain.

The Palaces sister sites

The Palaces sister sites on the same licence include Bingo Britain. Our Bingo Britain review covers one of them. A self-exclusion with the operator covers every brand on the licence.

The Palaces games

We could not confirm the size of the The Palaces game library from a reliable source. UK slot rules apply: a £5 maximum stake per spin, or £2 for players aged 18 to 24, and no autoplay or bonus buy.

The Palaces withdrawals

We could not confirm The Palaces withdrawal times or payment methods from a reliable source. As at every UK licensed site, your identity must be verified before your first withdrawal, so upload documents early.

The Palaces app

We could not confirm a The Palaces app. The site works in your phone's browser.

The Palaces welcome offer and promo code

The Palaces promo code. We could not confirm a The Palaces promo code.

The Palaces no deposit bonus. We found no current The Palaces no deposit bonus from a reliable source.

Safer gambling at The Palaces

The Palaces offers deposit limits, reality checks, time-outs and self-exclusion. For a block on every UK site, use GamStop. The National Gambling Helpline on 0808 8020 133 is free and confidential.

How to join The Palaces

1. Open an account using your real details. Like every UK licensed casino, The Palaces has to verify who you are, and details that do not match can hold up your first withdrawal.
2. Open the promotions page before you deposit. We could not confirm a current The Palaces welcome offer, so read the offer on the site and its significant terms yourself.
3. Check the wagering, the minimum deposit, the time limit and any cap on winnings. Under UK rules wagering cannot be more than 10 times the bonus.
4. Set a deposit limit in your account settings before you play. It takes a minute and you can lower it at any time.

What to check in the The Palaces offer terms

Without a confirmed The Palaces offer to describe, the useful thing is to know what to read when you find it. UK rules put the significant terms next to the offer, so these points should be easy to spot.

• Wagering. Since 19 January 2026 it cannot exceed 10 times the bonus. No wagering is better still.
• Minimum deposit. And whether every payment method counts towards it.
• Time limit. How long you have to use spins or clear wagering.
• Win cap. Any limit on what you can win or convert from the bonus.
• Promo code. Use a code only if the site itself shows it.

How The Palaces ranks in our UK list

The Palaces is #588 of the 659 UK licensed sites we review. Its 8.2/10 compares with an average of 8.4/10 across all reviews and 8.3/10 across our short provisional reviews. Its strongest category is licence and safety at 10.0/10 and its weakest is bonus terms at 7.0/10, because we could not confirm a current offer.

The score is provisional. It uses fixed values for each category from public information, so it moves when we confirm more facts or complete our own test. Our scoring page shows the rule for each category.

Who The Palaces suits

The Palaces is a straightforward licensed casino, and the facts we have do not point to a particular type of player. Look elsewhere if you want a confirmed welcome offer before you sign up, you need a specific payment method (we have not confirmed the list) or you prefer a native app to a mobile site.

What we checked for this The Palaces review

For this review we confirmed the licence holder, Palatial Leisure Limited, and its UKGC account on the public register (checked 21 October 2026), the domain thepalaces.com listed under that licence, the 2 brands that share the licence and whether the licence holder has a public enforcement record. Not yet verified: withdrawal times, the payment methods, the size of the game library, whether there is a live casino, whether there is an app and the welcome offer. Where the review mentions those, it says so, and we do not fill gaps with guesses.
